Sure it can, if it's a never-ending game. Games like Morrowind, for example, have plenty of quests that you'll seemingly never run out of 'em. Sandbox games like things in the Grand Theft Auto series can also run that long.

Sure can - there's lots at www.gamelengths.com which are longer than that (check out some of the times for the Persona series)

RPGs like final fantasy can be that long

I know for a fact that Pro evolution soccer games tend to last beyond that :D
