Just take this logical steps....

Grab hold of your monitor cable (not the power cord) and trace it back to the desktop box. Where it ends is your video card.

To find out the manufacturer without physically opening up the box and ripping out the card to have a peek _ go Control Panel _ Display _ Settings _ Advanced _ Adaptor. All the info you need to know about your video card is displayed here.

The FCC has developed technical standards for devices that are capable of emitting radiofrequency energy when in use (like video cards). Many of those products receive FCC identification numbers in accordance with the Commission Equipment

you will find a FCC id number on the card. search the number and you will get the vendor

You probably have a prebuilt one, and that means, if its not hard core like alienware, its the same company like HP or Dell
Its probably the longest card inside your computer
once you open it (the side, and make sure its the correct side)
its inlike the lower middle (going horizontally) of the case
a long card, and your monitor connects to it

There are two ways to find the manufacturer of your video card.

First, you can check on the chipset on the video card. If it say ATI, then it is a ATI manufacturer. If it says Geforce, then it is Geforce manufacturer.

Second, you can check on the model, type the model in yahoo.com or google.com, you will redirect to the company who manufacturer.

Hope this can help you.
