Does a guy who has a kid "Running Around in the World" qualify as a parent?? As opposed to a man who is ACTUALLY raising a kid?? Are the two equal??

Raising a kid is what qualifies you as a parent.
Having a kid 'running around' just means your an irresponsible jacka** who had sex and didn't have the decency and/or brains to use a condom.

Hey, watch it. My parents were divorced and my dad was a pilot for an international airline. He tried to see my brother and I all the time but my mom wouldn't let him. He may not have been "equal" to a man in the home actually raising the child but its not always the man who has a choice in the matter.
