No sweetie not very much you can do to the other woman...What ever he has done really don't matter as far a divorce goes...
If you have done nothing wrong and he is the one out cheating i would try to get everything i could out of him...If he is still in lust over his new found lover then he wants a fast divorce so don't be all easy...But at the same time have a good communication between the two of you that makes it less of a fight...
You will get it worked out and after its all done and over life will get better and better...
Good luck be happy and smile don't let it get you down...

I have been doing a bit of research on this topic myself as unfortunately my son is the "other man" in a relationship in Georgia.
From what I can understand..Georgia has no retraction of the "alienation of affection" law. So from the way I see it..it is possible! Sock it to them BOTH!
Adultery should be punished!
Best wishes to you!

Why sue the "other woman" why not sue him after all it was him who broke his marriage vows to you ...not her!
Revenge may feel sweet but it also gets ridiculous...it only happens in America eh! any excuse to 'sue' 'sue' 'sue' I mean.
If your marriage was meant to last it would have so why don't you just take it on the chin and get on with your life and be glad you got rid of the cheating rat...the "other woman" has probably done you a favour, but you just don't realize it yet!

Ask your attorney. It was a Lifetime movie, but I don't remember what state. The wife won the case so it is worth a shot!

Yes you can. It's called "Alienation of Affection". Ask your lawyer about it.
