small clear or white bugs about a half centimetre across?
they are body lice.
sometimes called "crabs".
strong soap, or shampoo, or dishwashing liquid, will be needed.
it will be quicker if you shave off your pubic hair.
shower twice a day, taking care to wash the entire groin thoroughly. change undergarments also.
will go within a week.
typically they are caught from sex or sleeping in a bed where they are hiding.
sleep alone and in your own bed for at least a week.

If they are white, they are most likely lice, you can buy stuff at the pharmacy to kill them, it might take 2 or 3 tries, just don't give up.

I think I would be concerned. Just guessing,,,,,,they could be lice or fleas. I think you should do some investigating on the Internet.
