I think Homosexuals have every living right to be married.
They should have the right to show everyone that they love each other through marriage.
People act like gay marriage is going to "ruin" society.
Yeah, Right.
Homosexuals have NEVER 'ruined' society, or harmed anyone just for being attracted to their own sex.
Religion shouldn't control the lives of others, because.. remember the ol' FREEDOM OF RELIGION?
Psh.. I guess society is too close-minded and selfish to realize this.
Bastards..

No I don't believe that gay marriage should be legalized.
1. I'm a Christian and the Bible states that any sexuality other than heterosexuality is a sin. Liv. 18:1-30 and 1 Cor 6:12-20. and a lot of other verses.
2. Homosexual relationships have been proven to bring disease,
3. they don't last as long (check the surveys a lot of them are not even religiously based)
4. Basic biology, have 2 sperms alone ever created a child? have 2 unfertilized eggs ever created a child?
By the way did you hear what happened to the cities Sodom and Gomorrah? Genesis 19:1-29

A marriage demands emotional balance between the testosterone fuelled aggression of the man with the quiet awareness of the woman. Testosterone makes men aggressive and stupid, and any man that does not subject himself to the emotional influence of a woman dwarfs his potential for emotional maturity. Sex without commitment and responsibility cannot be emotionally productive, Young male sexuality is fun-seeking. Young female sexuality is partner seeking. Without a female in the relationship, there is almost never any suggestion of commitment with first or even subsequent encounters.
People are not born gay, but slip into it with curiosity and seduction, then same as with any sexual relationship. The claims 'we're born this way' is not relevant. Sexual appetite comes from the seductive prowess of the partner more than any physical attributes of the partner.
While policing the bedroom is not the state's responsibility, promoting same sex coupling by public endorsement of unions is counter to the emotional welfare of the population.
I might be very willing to support love, if you could clearly tell me what you mean when you say 'I love you' in a way I could agree with. As is, almost everybody has a different idea as to what love is, and saying 'I support love' means 'I support whatever you want me to.'
BTW, debating gays in forum, I've had trouble explaining that 'commitment and responsibility' is something beyond wearing a rubber.

I agree. Just because 'The Bible' says it's wrong doesn't really mean it. I'm Christan-or-whatever but I, being COMPLETELY Straight believe in Gay Marriages. I have gay family and friends and if being with the same sex makes then happy then that's good enough for me and should be good enough for everyone else too!
AND OH MY GOD YOU PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID YOU PISS ME OFF! WHO CARES IF IT'S THE SAME SEX? HUH? THE PEOPLE WITHIN THE MARRIAGE ARE HAPPY AREN'T THEY? THAT SHOULD BE THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? WHO CARES WHAT THE BIBLE SAID?!? NOT EVERYONE IS CHRISTAN GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEADS AND MOVE ON WITH YOU PATHETIC LIVES.oh,and by the way NO YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT AS A SOCIETY TO DECIDE WHAT IS APPROPRIATE OR NOT OR WHAT IT WRONG( by marriage views) and WHATS NOT LEARN THE FREAKING FIRST AMENDMENT PEOPLE!
And if you have any objections I'll be glad to hear them, and argue them with you!

How about I can marry my dog? I truly love him. How about I can marry my three sisters and the company I work for has to pay their health insurance? How about I marry a tree then I can sue you for cutting down my wife? BUT I REALLY LOVE HIM!!!!!!!! There is no such thing as gay marriage and there should never be. The next thing to come along will be pedophilia as a lifestyle choice. We as a society have the right to define what is acceptable and what isn't, its not mean, it is just the truth.

I'm actually a LEGAL immigrant Canadian who always voted liberal because I live in Toronto where everybody votes liberal! Since the gay law passed in Canada I've been misserable because I don't believe in gay marriages. I therefore voted conservative last time around in January.
Right now I'm thinking of leaving the country alltogether because after 8 years I've finally realized that I don't belong to Canada. What a Waste of HUMAN RESOURCES!!! I'm talking about LEGAL immigration where you are screened and you pay before immigrating to Canada. Don't come here because no one is going to employ you if you have accent. Your PhD means nothing in Canada. You'll be lucky even to drive taxi on the streets of Toronto!!! In my opinion Canadians have allergy to accent!!!!

I don't believe in gay marriage. There are so many reasons besides my religious beliefs. It opens the door to any type of marriage- more than one spouse, you name it. Just think what insurance rates will be! It's just not something that should be legally recognized.

I believe that if 2 people love each other regardless if it is the same sex or not I don't see the problem. My dad has been "married" to his husband for 25 years.

I don't believe there is anything wrong with gay marriage, but you still have people that have the mindset that women belong in the kitchen and men belong in the fields. So until people get that kink out of their think, it's not going to get any better.
