The best storyline is the New World Order. It brought WCW from being no-name promotion to rise above the WWF (now WWE) for almost three years as the number 1 promotion.
The worst storyline by far has to be the one in which there was two "Earl Hebners" during the Andre the Giant and Hulk Hogan match. That so was bad that it I believe it brought the industry down until Stone Cold Steve Austin became popular.

My favorite storylines in the WWE were the Stone Cold Steve Austin-Vince McMahon (remember Austin attacking him in the hospital) and Ric Flair-Randy Savage fighting over Miss Elizabeth (that one actually was very close to home - and they really hated each other).
Worst story line - The Spirit Squad is terrible- when The Undertaker "sacrificed" Stephanie McMahon (that was just too creepy) - but the 2 worst storylines happend in the early 1990s. One was having Sgt. Slaughter become an Iraqi traitor during the Gulf War
The other was this creepy guy named Papa Shango, who used to make his opponent "throw up" - that was pretty terrible.

Choosing the best storyline is hard. Maybe Undertaker Vs Kane when Kane was just coming into the WWF. The worst is easier to pick. Billy & Chuck was funny, not bad. My idea of bad would be Chris Benoit Vs Orlando Jordan. This was good for Benoit, but seemingly ruined OJ's career.

My favorite storyline was when the NWO was against Stone Cold and The Rock. That feud set two great matches at WM X-8.

My favorite is Stone Cold and Mcmahon storyline they had some great storylines during that stretch worst is is Mick Foley Flair storyline!
Foley should retire! He cant hold a candle to Flair! If they meet in
there prime Flair would kick his asssssssssss wooooooooooo!

I really can't say what the worst one is. There is the Spirit Squad, The Boogeyman or The Great Khali.
DX is one of the best. Also Eddie had some great storylines.

My favorite would be Stone Cold vs The Corporation - one man against the world. The worst was Mr McMahon mocking God. If you believe in God or not, that was REALLY sick.

the worst has to be the mexicools hating each other because the still wear the mexicools outfit and in their music video super crazy and psicosis are huggin' each other

DX and The Guerro's have/had the best story lines.
