Unless you can buy a list from a broker, you are going to have to compile a list yourself using yellowpages.com or yellowbook.com.
Be advised, unsolicited commercial email (UCE) is considered spam, and unlikely to get a good response, if any response at all except for reporting or blocking of your email address.
I suggest reconsidering your marketing plan.

Agreed: you shouldn't spam people.
Spend the bucks on postage and printing and do it right.
Go to a large city library and ask for SRDS - Standard Rate and Data Service Direct Mail List Guide.
I don't know if they have that list... so...
Contact manufacturers of equipment (assuming your offer is non-competitive with theirs) and ask if you can:
- rent their list
- pay to have your offer included in their packages
- pay to have your offer mailed to their customers, on their letterhead
