It is a Hyundai dealer .

When I called the dealer less than 24hours after retrieving my car , that they had for over a week , ( while they found other things to fix) they told me they were unable to "duplicate the problem", so they can't exactly take out every part on the car and fix every part on the car ..The car managed to start up , last week , while waiting hours for their tow truck, the 1st time this happened . I take the car out after getting it back-and I had no trouble DUPLICATING THE PROBLEM ! It was running great . I shut it off ; then restrted it amnd get cranking clicking noiese as tho a broken belt was whipping around .

You can take the car to any Hyundai dealership in the United States. Go to another one, if there's one anywhere in the area.

Go to the Hyundai website and find out.

I used to sell cars and I PROMISE you that if you get a lawyer to deal with it for you, you'll get exactly what you want. Also, if its a manufacturers warranty (ex: Chrysler) you can go to any dealership to have it fixed.
Gosh, I feel your pain...
Good luck though

Contact the head of the auto company. If they won't help you locally, appeal to the higher ups who can apply leverage on the dealership.

Call or write the car manufacturer, ASAP. They are accustomed to those types of calls and letters.
