TAKE A TEST! Some test detect pregnancy in 5 days before your period, and yes, sore boobs is a major sign of pregnancy.

Hey Roxy I went through this when I was pregnant both times. I usually start my period first thing in the morning. When I didn't start with my daughter I took a test that morning and all I had was sore breasts. Guess what I was pregnant. Well this time I thought that I was suppose to start the next day and I was talking to a friend and realized that I was suppose to start that day so I went to the store and took a test. We are woman and we know our bodies. If you are always on time and you have it pinpointed to the time then you do need to take a test. It is not too early. Good Luck. I hope that whatever the result is that you are happy. If you have any questions my email is hmason04@cox.net.

I would definitely take a test (I used first response, and that brand usually comes with 2 tests, just to be sure) sore breasts was the first symptom of my pregnancy, other than being late, I also noticed slight cramping around when I was supposed to start. If you're not pregnant, and don't want to be, I would highly recommend looking into protection

Even if your periods have been like clockwork before, you are entitled to a little irregularity! NO ONE is like clockwork ALWAYS!If you're at the expected time for your period, any urine pregnancy test should be able to give you an accurate answer to the question of pregnancy.

Many things can hold back a period: stress, exercise, illness. There would be few women in the world who could count on their period coming exactly on time each month. You just need to play the waiting game and hope it comes in the next week, otherwise invest in a home pg test. Hope it works out the way you want it to.

sore boobs are the first symptom of your period coming soon...maybe you are just a few days late...it happens even if you are like a clock...it could be stress...it could even be the intercourse that you had that caused you to be late....so give yourself a chance of another week...if nothing happens take a test that you can get in the pharmacy and it is easy to use....

by the way....if you are pregnant keep the baby and wait for him like the best thing that could have happened in your life...a child is always a blessing and will change your life for the good..

good luck

Sore boobs are always my frist sign of pregnancy. I have almost no sickness, some fatigue, but the bloating and boobs are always my given.

Get a test and use it first thing tomorrow AM when your urine is most concentrate. I always have had accurate results the day I miss my period.

Good luck to you, take care of yourself!

No, first response has a new type of test you can take as early as five days before your missed period.

You should probably get tested, but sometimes your period will be late. I didn't have a period for three months and it had nothing to do with pregnancy. You could have a STD. You should get tested for that too.
