Kiddo, sounds like you got yourself a case of gonorrhea. You're going to have to get that treated, and quick, or else, if untreated , you risk damage to your testes and possibly your kidneys, as well.
The damage to your testes could leave you with permanent scarring which will rule out your ever having children. Now, damage to your kidneys is a lot more serious. You need those to continue living. Those filter out the toxins in your body, and damage to them could have you doing dialysis on a weekly basis until they find a donor to replace one of them.
Once they test you and find that you've got gonorrhea, they're going to have to have the names of your sexual partners to contact them and have them come in for testing also. Sorry, but that's the time you'll have to be a grown up and face responsibility.
As to your friend's mother...I don't know how old you are, but if you're a minor, she's facing charges for being a sexual predator. That's going to make your friend see you in a different light all together. Maybe you'll still have him for a friend, and maybe not. That was your call when you went to bed with his mom.
Best piece of advice. Use the big head before you use the little one next time. Remember it? That's the one with the brains in it.
