Giles for sure because he is the best spinner and can bat well too.
He also have much experience against many teams also.
So my vote goes to Ashley Giles.

Well, Monty Panasar lacks the batting and fielding skills to be a valuable player in a one day side. He's definately a test match bowler.
Ashley Giles certainly has the most experience, but his injury woes make him a doubt. If he could prove 100% fitness I would probably choose him, purely because the one day side needs experienced players badly right now.
However, Jamie Dalrymple excelled in the recent series against Sri Lanka. He was the second highest run scorer and took 4 wickets last match. I was shocked he wasn't selected to play against Pakistan - Mahmood is of a much lower standard than Jamie Dalrymple and (in my opinion) should have been given to boot a while back)

the trouble is we dont have an out and out wicket taking spinner like australia in warne, sri lanka in murali, and kaneria for pakistan also the two indians kumble and harbhajan. I think we should take giles and dalrymple as an all rounder. giles has ability with the bat which would rate him above panesar even though he is the spinner we have. Also, montys fielding is shocking. I think Alex Loudon has a chance as well!

Probably Giles or Panesar but lets not forget Udal. He's always done the job he's been asked to do and is a top notch lad to boot.

The problem england have is that they have no brilliant spinners. They only have average spinners. This has caused problems for them over the years and still very little is being done to sort the problem for the future. I would say they will take giles cause he knows how to bowl in big games.

I really like Monty, he looks the part, but I'm also a big fan of "The King of SPAIN" Ashley Giles, maybe Ash will get u more runs with the bat?

Monty.
He actually spins the ball. Giles did a good job, but we have always lacked a true spinner!

Well... every1's slated Monty for his fielding, which actually has shown improvement. In the last test Vs. SL, he batted and bowled very well. But, theres only one GILO! and although he seems to be bowling arm balls (balls that dont spin) all the time, he is pretty handy.
BUT, Dalyrmple bowled very well in the one dayers, and can slow down the run rate, AND take a few wickets.
