When I'm trying to open a window in Yahoo game "Pool". This message comes up.

That pop-up blocker is blocking those pesky pop up ads. I wouldn't advise you to turn it off.
If you are trying to follow a link that is being blocked by the popup blocker, you can do a couple of things.
I believe holding the control (CTRL) key while you click will temporarily disable the popup blocker.
You can also go to the Tools Menu>Pop-Up Blocker>Pop-Up Blocker Settings, and add the site you are trying to visit to the list of sites where pop ups will be allowed.

go to tools then go to pop up blocker and turn off pop up blocker
if im at the computer at the libary i have to do this or you can right mouse click the yellow bar at the top of the sit and say turn off blocker.

Just turn off your pop up blocker. Click Tools at the top and then click Pop up blocker and turn it off.
