First you have to skin it, then you can fillet different parts of the meat. I recommend the liver and brain, both are delicacies in China and Japan (black market of course) I'd stay away from the stomach and intestines though, the bamboo does not digest very well. Bon apatite.

Well, I assume that the one you're talking about is already dead. In order to escape legal trouble, I suggest that you just leave the panda to the proper authorities and settle for a chicken. I can give you nice recipes for chicken.
If it's not dead and you are with it, then run away really fast. I don't know why you're at a computer with a bear near you. If it's not near you, and you're only contemplating such an action, I suggest you don't do it.

You cook them the same way you cook a pot roast!!! Find a nice pot roast recipe, and then just use the panda meat. Serve on a bed of ghoulash noodles. (Or, next to a bed of the noodles.) I suggest you served it along with the meat of other endangered animals, as the liberals ARE always encouraging diversity! Also, when you are done, sell all of the coats for high prices. ^^

If you can avoid legal trouble, I would cook it like any meat. Lean meat, grill it. Fatty meat, bake it. Cut up the rest for sausage.
I would prefer you stick with something less, well...cute and endangered.
Good luck.
