What 3 things would you change if you were the Supreme Ruler of the Earth?

1.NO WAR!
2.NO TAXES! Earth rights would be put in place for everyone. Earth rights is a system where all the oil, minerals, ores, ect. that come from the earth belong to the citizens. The companies that dig, drill, or mine pay the government for whatever they take from the earth. The money goes into a fund from which all the infrastructure, salaries, schools, roads, etc are paid and then each citizen is paid not taxed like in Alaska.
3. The government would work like customer service at the department stores.

Given the world is run by an "idea", not a Government, President, Association or King!

My 3 things would be:-

1. Run a Govermental system based on Meritocracy (A form of political orientation system in which "Guardianship" (which isnt power to corrupt) goes to those with superior intellects, wisdom, and forsight of long term consequences, not because of their wealth or birth).

2. Global Inspectors that "Sanction and arrest" all those that underminded the well being of the Planet in whatever manner to one area of the planet, (vested interests that un/consciously or materially pollute or waste resources) and re-educate them into higher values of the whole.

3. Clean up "the integrity" of the planet so the rest would follow, by being open to adaption and doing "what works" that serves the whole before the scales tip to no return

As far as humans go:
1- respect for self
2- respect for others (which would naturally flow once self-respect was achieved)
No need for a number three -- all things will fall into place once these two things become realities in every-day life. What things? No more greed. Respect for the environment. Understanding of others' cultures. No more physical, mental, emotional abuse of any living creature. Want for education... and so on.

1. Testing of potential leaders to determine their level of compassion and emotional intelligence...no leaders allowed who use THEIR interpretations of religion to lead their nation and the world...only emotionally intelligent leaders allowed!
2. No wars...if countries want to compete, they are only allowed to compete in alleviating poverty in the world. In the competition, for example, country A will seek to get rid of the poverty and others problems in an ailing land...country B will seek to do the same for another ailing land. The "winner" of this competition will receive the intrinsic rewards of deep respect, love and trust from everyone on the planet.
3. Only ecologically savvy practices allowed. This includes not allowing too many births...only enough to replenish deaths. Deep respect and stewardship of this planet will be the aim of precept #3.
