I don't have a vocal coach at this moment, and I really need a warm-up technique before I sing. So could someone plz help me with this issue?

yes. its hard to explain, but i will try my best.

1st, open your mouth and suck in 16 short cool mouthfuls of air. 4 per second, approx. then, put your tongue at the roof of your mouth and let out short bursts of air, 4 per second. you should hear a chhhhhhhhh sound. let out 16 bursts, or 2 measures. breathe in following the procedure above, and repeat the process again, only add a measure (8 bursts). do this until you reach 8 measures, or 64 bursts. you should be able to do this in one breath.

next, buzz. put your lips together, do not press, yet hold together loosely. start on a b. then go up 5 notes and go back down 5 notes. do 3 times in one breath. breath in again and add another up-down. do this until you reach 8 up-downs.
for the final step start on an a, and sing the scale. only sing it going up and down like this.

do
do-re-do
do-re-me-re-do
do-re-me-fa-me-re-do
do-re-me-fa-sol-fa-me-re-do
do-re-me-fa-sol-la-sol-fa-me-
re-do
do-re-me-fa-sol-la-ti-la-sol-
fa-me-re-do
0do-re-me-fa-sol-la-ti-
do-ti-la-sol-fa-me-re-do

then repeat the proses, starting on the high do. and work your way down. or if it makes you feel more comfortable, use numbers.

1
1-2-1
1-2-3-2-1

as such.

A nice hot shower is a great warm up, and tiles are good acoustically.
