There was someone I once shared an office with who had a weird smell.
I went to bath and Body works and picked her up an nice basket with bubble bath, shampoo, shower gel, and body spray. I left it on her desk with a bow but with out a note.
It got the point across without hurting her feelings.

nicely, in simple terms bypass by using them and say "hi, wanna attempt my new spray, it smells truly good..the following" and spray 'em-lol. Or a extra acceptable theory get a collection of affiliates alongside with you in this type of like an intervention, and in simple terms tell him you want to debate something significant....even if that is now to not offend him; even if that is because you care about him, and how the employer keeps that is professionalism...and then tell him about how each and each and every time he's round, by some skill there's a smell that arises, and also you don;t want to point palms, yet you all have concluded that that is him. tell him you don't need to piss him off, yet you're in simple terms being a strong co-worker, assisting him replace a nasty habit, so issues gained't amplify etc.

I had this problem myself. A lady I worked with gave off one heck of an odor! It made you gag sometimes, especially in the hot weather. What we did was went and bought her really nice bath and body works soap, body lotions etc. We put a note on it saying that we appreciate all of her hard work and she deserves to pamper herself every day...we got the point across in a round about way...she used it and we were all happy she did :-)

Short answer, they can't. However, if they bring it up to a supervisor, he is obligated to inform her that she has an unpleasant odor and she must do something about it. It is usually part of the dress code, and it is completely free of recriminations against the other workers, since they didn't say anything mean to her.

That is a tough question. Truthfully, one person should pull her aside one day and ask her if she is aware that she is giving off an odour that is bothering everyone. If you think that won't work, then just leave a gift wrapped bottle of Massengil douche on her desk with a note that says "Use it!"

Send a memo out to the entire office, reminding them that personal hygiene is part of adhering to the dress code.....maybe mention there have been complaints about lack of hygiene, with out naming names.

Not so much as douching but seeing a doctor it might be something more than her just not washing but an STD.

Well someone needs to send her a note and explain to her, cause i know if i did smell, i would want someone to tell me, rather than to talk about it behind my back.
