In your recycle bin or as some choose to call it the waste basket. restore to a earlier time in the restore option.

if it has been deleted you wont be able to see it.but you could try to keep all the web addresses he went inby going to tools on top of this page and click on internet options under content tab then click on autocomplete and check the box web addresses and forms then click ok.
