Ok my last fish that did this died..but that was because my turtle decided he didn't like him but anyways..when a fish starts to lean on it's side, it could mean a few things

1. You aren't getting enough air in that tank for that fish to breathe
2. It has a disease
3. It did have a heart attack
4. There is something really wrong with the water

Since your water test proved that you do have some higher levels going on there, do a quick water change, or even a partial water change to see if that helps. Also stir the water for the fish or turn up the bubble wall or filter so it creates more bubbles/air in the water for the fish to breathe.

improper feeding (Wong food balance) not to worry it will adjust. You must have added or changed its diet. Try live brine shrimp. Rinse well before feeding.

i don't have fish at this time but i have had beta fish and when they are leaning, that's not a very good sign
