Well, start to casually see them all. Make sure they know your seeing other girls and are not sure your ready to settle down. If they are cool then they wont care. But expect them to casually date too.

If you are not ready for the one on one relationship but want girls as friends then get a group of girls and guys together to go out togther and go fun things. You can establish friendships with the girls without the pressure of a relationship.

If you want a girlfriend then you have to start somewhere. If you don't want to ask any of them out then you don't want to be bothered and will never have a girlfriend.

from all the girls that you like, at least one has to like you. if and when you get signs that she likes you, make your move!! she'll probably try to talk to you if she has the courage, becaue i know i am not the type to just go up to a boy i like and make conversation. i hope this helps. good luck. =)
