Ours isn't yet...our light bill is about 120.00 monthly...not too bad yet.......

Uh yeah, just like the oil companies are ripping us off, and the milk producers and the meat producers, and just about everyone else...LOL

According to state law....our electric company is entitled to have a deposit that is twice our average bill...they have a deposit from us equal to almost 9 times our average bill.
