How do I set my computer to receive pop-ups from Yahoo?

U need to do three things First, Tools> pop up blocker> turn off pop up blocker. Second, Tools > internet options > privacy > uncheck the box of block pop ups> drag the slide bar to medium> apply > ok. Third, if u r using yahoo toolbar, Pencil> toolbar options> uncheck the box of pop up blocker> ok. It will solve ur problem.

when the pop up blocker comes down right clcik it and press "allow from this site"

Remove or turn off your popup blocker.
