I used to get pimples that had no heads all the time. It is called cystic acne. If you are using bar soap on your face, you should stop. You will need to get a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil or Clean n Clear Sensitive Skin. I know you don't want to buy anything, but it is worth it.

Also, try very hard not to touch your chin or cheekbones. That includes resting your chin on your hands. I get acne on the side of my face where I put my hands when I sleep!

To get rid of your pimples you should wash your face twice a day with a face wash then tone is and afterword put on a cream to help kill the bacterias. Another tip is was your face before you go to bed and wake sure all the makeup is off and don't touch it because the oils from your hand can cause more pimples

The best way to solve your problem is a daily routine.

Start your day by washing your face with a salicycic acid treatment (it should say salicycic acid somewhere on the bottle). Use this in the morning and at night. Also make sure to use moisturizers daily and nightly. Find a moisturizer that is oil-free to prevent more acne. Good luck!

I had bad acne as a teenager, My mom took me to a dermo. They always told me that less is more when it comes to cleaning. Try not to use too much stuff on your face because it'll just make you break out more. Also, try to not touch your face. I know it's tough, but you're just making it worse by touching it. Make sure that your pillow case is washed regularly and I concur with the advice above - drink lots of water.

Washing your face with too strong of soap can make your face dry out and become irritated. This irritation can look like pimples. Try using Dove or Ivory when you wash your face.

u can ask ur doctor to recommend some acne medicine
and try not to put too much things on ur face it makes it more oily
and try drinking lots of water to keep ur pores clean so u wont get any more pimples
whatever u do dont pop it it will leave a scar and u dont want scars on ur face its worse than a pimple and dont scratch it
u can try using some concealer

Yes it is acne. Washing your face with just soap will not clear it up. Proactiv works very well for most people.

it is acne unfortunately but just try a tinted moisterizer to cover it up nicely. a good face wash is acne free, its a mark-up of proactiv, but it works just as good and is cheaper and doesnt have to be delivered! it ok about the acne though and everybody gets it! just stay positive in every matter

Just keep doing what your doing now. Just remember to drink lots of water. People tend to forget that. Dont eat or drink as many sweets as you usually do. I had acne too when i was your age. If you follow what i just told you to do, you will be fine. No worries.

ok stop using SOAP! and if you use make-op it could be your skin is rejecting that kind so try something else, also buy a cleanser and a toner they help lots and if you have white pimples put a bit of toothpaste on them they will dry up.
