At this point in the tournament, all the fans of the teams that France and Germany defeated like Italy, and all the fans of the teams that Italy defeated plus the English (because they love fair play, unless it's stepping on someone else's genitals) like France.
I like Italy because I'm Italian and they have convinced me throughout the tournament that they are a good team.

I would have instantly cheered for france after the Italy / us, italy / aus, match, however they have played some great football in the quarters and semi finals, so i really dont mind, i hope it is a good game to watch though.
Not too much diving, and i would hate to see a ref be a pivotal point. too much of that this world cup.

I like Italy to win the World Cup. I think they have a better defense (they've only allowed 1 goal throughout the whole tournament & that was by themselves), they have a better offense with Toni and Totti and I just think they're a better team.
