My fiance and I have the standard boy/girl body temperature problems. She's always too cold and I'm just the opposite. Women out there - what is the lowest airconditioning thermometer setting for your comfort at home in the summertime?

22-23 degrees celcuis is the optimum temperature for an indoor space.

It is a mistake to turn an air conditioner to a lower temperature just because there is hot weather outside. It doesn't move the ac temperature down faster, it only goes into temperatures lower than required. Once the body cools to the optimum the lower temperatures merely serve to make it uncomfortable and puts it into shock when confronting one extreme to the other.

I keep mine at 70-75, but I do live alone. I do have company from time to time. Some say it is too hot in here and then the next one says it is too cold. So you really can't please every body that is for sure. Good luck!

I don't have air conditioning or central heat, but I think around 70 would be comfortable if I could control it.

Guess I'm not your typical woman... I set my thermostat at 68. I like to be slightly chilly... I can always cover up (or cuddle) but if I'm hot I'm actually kinda grumpy!
