the best area to look would be Best Buy. If you can't find it there then if you have a Fry's near you that deffinently will have it. That store is huge and has more games then a gamestore, just not used games. If you have a credit card try there.
And are you sure it's city tycoon your looking for? Never heard of that. Maybe you're thinking of Sim City?
