It could be the on-off switch contacts are dirty and have to be cleaned with "contact cleaner" spray. If that doesn't do it, check the power cord on the back of the computer and make sure it is plugged in fully. If that isn't helping then the next thing to look at is the power supply itself.

There might be a loose conection or the onboard power is broken. Try asking a computer repairmen to fix the job

Remote user acess, virus control, user turn it on bad switch.
