Oh, absolutely. And while we're at it maybe we could persuade the ladies that yes, those pants really do make them look fat and they should stop wearing them. LOL.

It's just a joke. A play on words or sound, so to speak. Don't take it too seriously. I saw the same exact premise on the Man Show on Comedy Central and I thought it was funny how many women didn't know that the suffrage movement was about the right to vote.
