I was just wondering what age are you? Someone told me that there are just young kids on this site. Is this person right? I'm 47 am I too old to be asking questions and answering them?

i am young but i get on here every so often and maybe about every 5 ?'s i find an older person.. i think that u should be able to because the older u r the wiser u r and some of us young ppl need an older person to give us some good advice.... i dont mean to be rude... by saying that u r old... but...lol... u know what i mean... well...

Your not to old.. Depends on what you ask.. Unfortunately there are alot of ignorant people on here who just try there best to show how STUPIT they are, by there ans..I'm 65 retired and I try to see how well I can answeer some of the questions.. After living all this time I figure some of the stuff I know can only help..I ans about 25 questions a day and pray that I at least help 1/4 of them..This site is all over the world and with all ages so just do your thing.. Dont let the smart mouths get to you... LOL ROB

Nah your just too old to be asking innapropriate questions like all the bored children do. Actually it is mostly adults on here because yahoo keeps kicking the kids off for crudeness and such but they just make new profiles and come back so its a stupid waste of time really. If you want an idicator of ppls age look at their level and rank. Mature people are less likely to get themselves thrown off so they will have higher scores.

Yahoo Answers if for people of all ages. Besides, 47 is quite young! It doesn't matter whether you're 19 or 91, what matters is to ask or answer questions!

You're never too old to ask questions and learn. Just think of all the wisdom and knowledge you have accumulated so far in your life, and how you can put it to use and help someone by answering their questions. I'm older than you honey, and I love this site.

No, you are not too old at all to participate in this question and answer platform. I, myself, just recently turned 39. I just found yahoo answers and simply love it:) You are never to old to exercise your brain and this is exactly what you are doing each and every time you ask or answer a question here or in any type of forum. Ask and answer away, my friend:)

Gee my baby sister is 47 and Im 16 years older (thats higher math as we old folks say). As a kid, in the olden days, I used to tease my mom about her family comming out to Calif in a wagon train (actually it was a real train ) and Im so lucky to have my mom with me still, she still teaches me alot. Also I learn alot from my own kids and they are in their 30"s< now that's old.
