I'll be in Tokyo soon and I just started collecting "urban vinyl" figures like Qee, Gloomy Bear and Be@rbrick. Where can I buy (at a decent price) items such as this? Please be as specific as possible, with store name and address, if possible.... and I've already been to Kiddyland :-)

I am afraid to say but those "urban vinyl" figures are not a trend in Japan.
Those name, Qee, Gloomy Bear and Be@rbrick, are not familiar with Japanese.
Probably it is a trend in Europe or other place out of Japan.

Maybe you can find similar one at Tokyu Hands, or in the Akihabara(a town where geeks gather).
However, I am not sure. Don't count on me.

Akihabara has plenty of shops that cater to the "otaku" market these days.
