It depends on how old you are, if you are under 18 you have no busy being at a sleep over that is mixed. If you like a guy as a teenager, then be yourself and don't advertise what's not for sale. NO lady or girl wants a reputation of being cheap.

Boy sleep over have changed since I was a kid. Only girls allowed. Anything short and thin is good but you don't want all the guys to see everything. How old. are you anyway

are you going to wear like jeans or like sleepwear? for sleepwear wear a babydoll top if you have one if you don't then wear a lace nightie
not too lacey, but lacey enough in a subtle way
if you will wear like regualr clothes then wear maybe a nice tank top with a miniskirt maybe
