It seems like most guys just shave their beard and mustache area while I gotta shave my cheeks too

Its common to shave your cheeks...my boyfriend does it and I know other guys who do it too.

Yes, a full beard can include your cheeks. If you didn't shave would you look like wolf-man, or Grizzly Adams?
It's all nature.

Shaving cheeks will make their hair grow thicker. Just pick the hair or trim it
