I am really not sure which I like better Saving Private Ryan or Black Hawk Down. They were both original, emotional, suspenseful, and just two of the greatest movies of all time. I have never seen Enemy at the Gates, but it does beat Top Gun.

Top Gun, even if Tom Cruise is now officially a nutjob. That movie had romance, sex, love, saddness (who didn't shed a tear, c'mon!), action...it had it all...not to mention if you play that one song just about any woman who saw this growing up will melt right out of her underthings!

thats the order i would have put them in from my favorite to least favorite, black hawk down, is simply the best , for the fact the acting was great, the music was great, the effects were great. everything about the movie was great. it was never boring, never left you questioning. it was an awesome movie.

for me it's lord of the rings followed closely by top gun and gladiator. i grew up with top gun and thought it was the best romance until the notebook came along. black hawk down, saving private ryan, and enemy at the gates were great movies, just not my fav. so there ya go. ok and i just love movies with elves, gandalf, and dwarves. ghimli kicks rear......

Saving Private Ryan WoW it is a great movie. It was directed by one of the best, Steven Spielburg and Tom Hanks acting earned him an award from the army that meant that his preformance was very realistic . Plus it also has other good actors like Matt Damon and Vin Diesel

Well, all of those movies are really good, but I'd have to say THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy tops this list. The whole trilogy is just packed full of so many wonderful and interesting locations, characters and stories. Tolkien really out-did himself and created an incredible experience for the reader/movie-goer.

I think Top Gun is the best but I couldn't tell you why. I just know that I can watch that movie every time it is on. I love it!
