I have moved consistently once every two years and have lived all over the country and it's just me right now.
There is life after moving but God it sure doesn't feel like it. I usually decorate the house first, then drive around spending time getting to know the area. Then I do something like join a local yoga class or go out with the single girls at work for a drink. The gym is also a good place to relieve stress and meet new people.
The worst is not knowing where anything is and finding a new doctor, dentist, hair and nail salon.
Just take it one day at time, that's all you can do. In a year you'll be in your new groove, open a closet door and find the last box to be unpacked and laugh.

I get over it , everything is pretty much the same just a different surrounding , of course i think its fun to "discover" new areas .. so yeah ive had about 20 moves so far and im 23 ..
to relive stress and make it a sinch .. i cannot stress to you more takeing the time to List and Lable the outside of every box , how many of the item is in there , and whats in there , that way if you need something as soon as you get to the new place like scissors or that roll of T.P you wont have to tear and mangal 25 boxes open to find it .

It took my 4 months to get moved in my house, still have stuff at my sisters. I hope this is the last time I do. There is so much do to and you don't know for sure were you want to put everything and on top of that you can't find anything. I have been setted in my new home 8 months and still settling in. Some people can do it, I just can't.

I have moved many many times in my life. There is life... but you have to build it. Things seem really chaotic, but you can build a new network of friends. BUt you need to go t and get involved... join sports teams, volunteer in the community, smile and say hi to people and before you know it, you'll have a good social circle and the friends you meet can help you learn how to get around and fun places to go!
