Find the file, and create a destop icon for MyComputer at it's exact location. Disconnect from the internet, and disable any virus programs. Restart your computer, and the moment it opens your desktop, open that mycomputer location and delete the file. Immediately delete it from the recycle bin. You have to get it before it starts itself up. Then delete it from your registry by going to regedit.exe in RUN and doind a search. Delete all instances. Then delete it form your Windows initialization file. Restore your virus programs and reconnect to the internet.

Or download Security Task Manager and it will do all this for you. It's got a 30 day free trial, but still works partially after it expires.

STEP-1

Please go to Start --> Run
Type %Windir%
And search the below file and delete

popuper.exe (A copy of the Trojan.)
sites.ini
puper.dll

STEP-2

Now,
Please go to Start --> Run
Type %System%

And search the below file and delete

intmonp.exe
puper.dll

Notes:
%Windir% is a variable that refers to the Windows installation folder. By default, this is C:\Windows or C:\Winnt.
%System% is a variable that refers to the System folder. By default this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\Winnt\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).
%System%\intmonp.exe monitors the Trojan and restarts it if it is terminated.

STEP-3

Click Start > Run.
Type regedit
Click OK.

Note: I strongly recommends that you back up the registry before making any changes to it. Incorrect changes to the registry can result in permanent data loss or corrupted files.

Navigate to the subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\Run

In the right pane, delete the value:

"notepad2.exe" = "popuper.exe"

Exit the Registry Editor.
