you can stand up to them.Like say: look you don't want trouble and i don't want trouble so lets call it even.If cheats off of tests and/or homework tell the teacher whenever he is not around.Or you could tell him if he doesn't leave you alone that you will go to the schoolboard .Like not really but make him backdown.

I hate them they should all go to hell. But I'm not say that you can't be mean once in awhile, just not all the time.
