there is this boy who comes from Cincinnatti to spend some time at his cousin, he loves to surf but in this place he can't so he starts roller skating and his cousin is ugly, he gets involved with his enemy's sister and then they have a race on the streets, I guess is san francisco and then he won bla, bla,bla can anybody help me please?
