In great malls like Macy, Jc Penny outlet, Nordestrome, Target here in US / North America.
If there are not many choices there, I'd suggest buying great perfumes at Airport Duty-Free Shops!
Better still, go in for it when it is on SALE during the Festival (Like Xmas) season. You can get it half a price.
French perfumes are most sought after not without reasons.

Go to Macy's, Nordstrome's, any larger "higher end" department stores. Even JCPenny's.
Perfume is a lot more concentrated, this why they have such a high price for a little bottle. Eau de parfume is a less potent version of perfume. It is still good and I think less "pungent"?

The big department stores at the mall have both. You just have to ask. Perfume is MUCH more expensive.

victorias secret has some of the BEST smelling perfumes out there. try halo or heavenly.
