If it was the origianl ECW, yes, but Vince has all creative control so it is just an "extreme" WWE show. They can't even use extreme rules anymore they have to do it all the WWE way.

No. ECW as it is is a mockery of everything that the original ECW stood for. Why would he want to return to be the champion of a promotion that will die off shortly?
