The price of gasoline was on again, off again prior to the war. Well over 2.60, and sometimes .96 cents.

Vote Democrat, Republicans have messed things up enough these last nearly 8 years. Clinton is remembered for the Monica Lewinsky thing, but people seem to forget government spending was lower, the budget was in good shape, and the nation had more money to go around. Clinton increased the nations cash flow and prosperity. While Bush thrust us into a war to serve his own interest and has cost us greatly in higher taxes, higher gas prices, and lower national cash flow. As an example of this we are paying over $3 a gallon for gasoline, and Atlantic City had to close up it's casino's and lay off over 20,000 people overnight because the state couldn't pay it's gaming regulatory staff.

Unfortunately, it is not the politicians that are to blame for all of the increases in gas. It is the investors on Wall Street that have caused the craziness with their futures and options. America is a capitalistic society and what we are seeing is nothing more than the supply and demand aspect of that. If you think the government should get involved and stop what is happening with the gas prices, you do not want to vote Republican because they are supposed to be for less government involvement and capitalism.

Who ever represents you in your district. The presidential election isn't until 2008. Relax and have a glass of wine or two while you wait.

It doesn't really matter. They are all bought by lobbyists, special interests, and corporations. If there was ever a time for a third party, this is it.

Especially if they have been in for two or more terms.
