Here is a link to a sketch that I drew: http://www.geocities.com/hikarinobishonen/oldersasuke.jpg
Yes, it has all the original eraser marks and extra stroke marks. I hope you can see it clearly, even though I put "Property of Lokie" everywhere (so that no one will steal it)!

Before I computerize it (using Adobe Photoshop), I want to know what I can do to make it look better.
For example, Should I make the head smaller? Do the creases on the shirt look right? Should I make his hair larger/longer? Does his headband look badly-drawn?
What can I do to make it look better?

And when I computerize it, should I make the colors like a painting (using the burn, dodge, and other tools), or like an anime (bold colors)?

Comments would help and would be greatly appreciated. If you want, you can edit the picture yourself, but remember to include the link of the new edited picture in your answer.

Thank you!!

Well, I'll try be constructive... Sasuke Uchiha right?
He looks anorexic. His head is huge but his body is like a stick. I think you need to study anatomy a lot more. However, an easy way to fix all of this would be to select areas and use the transform> scale tool to make things wider. Things like the arms, neck and chest down to hips need to widen. Also like someone said, fix the cross eyes, you could move it in photoshop or just redraw it when it comes to digitalizing it.
If I remember rightly, their headband's metal plates don't stretch across the whole of their head. just the base of the forehead. they have studs also, where they're fastened.

But, the shirt's creases and shape definitely looks fine. The hair is also pretty good.

DO NOT USE DODGE AND BURN FOR SHADING! These are the biggest mistakes you could possibly make. They produce such awful colours and unbalanced, flat shading. Use the paintbrush with different opacities, and the smudge tool. Don't use one string of a hue light to dark, try using all different kinds of colours on top of each other. It'll be much more natural, and bring it more to life. If I were you I'd go for a slightly dark scene. Purples and greys mostly, with a bit of green.

Anyway, I hope some of that helps. I'll see if I can do something with it (as an example) soon. Good luck! <3
