what email site are you using? Maybe you are just clicking the wrong button?

if that is a mail client you are using and you are in a network, then try accessing it using other computer/s.

are you able to access the web, if no, then that is the reason why you are not able to access your email. call your isp.

if you are able to access the internet, check who is your mail provider, yahoo, hotmail, msn, gmail, etc.. check if you are paying for that or if that is a free account. if that is a free account, you need to update your web browser, update your antivirus, update your operating system, update your antispywares, and update your firewall. and see if you can now access your mail.

if you are paying for that mail account, call the technical support and ask for assistance.

I've been having a similar problem.. I presume its hotmail or yahoo? Try downloading internet explorer 6...7 is corrupt and won't let you open certain things...i Hope this helps you!
