Italy, because of the amazing win they had over Germany. They can score late and create great scoring opportunities. France, on the other hand, got a lucky penalty shot to get in to the final. Arguably, Italy did too against Australia. But Italy hasn't allowed a goal in from another team's player, so rooting for Italy! Also, as an American, it would be great to tell the world that we tied with the world champions!

I had money on Germany winning. But, after watching Italy for the entire tournament i think they will Win the Final. They look too good to be beaten.

Because I seem to find the French rather unnecessary at times, I'll choose Italy. Besides, I prefer Rome to Paris any day of the week. My answer really has nothing to do with sports.
