You're going to have to remove your "P" trap under the disposal.
expect a mess.
Unscrew BOTH of the collars from the "P" traps and gently giggle it off.
When putting back on, you may want to use vaselene for ease if reinstalling around the Orings.
Dont over tighten.

First, your g/d is clogged or stopped up so no solution will help you. With the g/d off and even unplugged, look inside the g/d with a flashlight and see if you can see something caught around the outside on the bottom, if so with g/d still off try with a screwdriver or butter knife to dislodge it. If it comes loose, you can try and turn it by a wrench on the underside of the g/d or your can try and turn it on and see if it runs, but be very careful as not putting your face over it when you try it as the drano or whatever may burp back up and for godsake dont put any more drano in there as you already have way too much in it, and when you do get it going again run COLD water down it for a few minutes. If you cannot get it going call a plumber and tell him you used drano in it so he wont get hurt. If you live near a subdivision being built nearby you may find a plumber around there who may do it as a sidejob and save you big bucks good luck

HUM..I'd say there is something else clogging it. I feed my disposal chicken bones with no problems. Do you have one of those little wrenches that you insert in the bottom to reset? One usually comes with the disposal when you buy it Just run plenty of water.

time to call a plumber, declogging stuff is usually a scam anyway, it was made to unstick dirt and grime, not fish bones.
