I think it is E# but I'm not sure. I know it has to be a very high pitch screech and depends on the thickness of the glass. I think it can crack a glass but not shatter it.

Watch Mythbusters, they did it successfully on the show.
It's not how high the note is, it just has to match the resonant frequency of the glass and be loud enough to add too much energy to the glass for it to break.
