I think if its the lower right side it is the appendix.. My wife has the same problems you have..she has been told it is everything from, stomach cancer, to an ulcer, to acid indigestion..

It could be an ulcer. My sister had pains and it turned out that she has an ulcer. Fried foods can contribute to it. Don't drink milk because ulcers feed on it. Milk gets rid of the pain but the pain is a lot worse after about 10 minutes.

If you're under 18 tell your parent(s) immediately. You need professional advice, not a 5 sec write off.
If your over 18, you should know better...go see a doc, there is such thing as a free clinic if you have no money.

go to webmd.com, on the far right side, there is a section called sympton checker, you tell the system what your symptoms are, and it tries to come up with a diagnose

could be gas/indigestion. I often get pains there as well. Try drinking some Sprite or gingerale.

It sounds like a ruptured appendix or appendicitis, go see a doctor.

Go to the Dr. It could be gas, it could be your appendix, it could be that your ovulating, it could be your gall bladder but I'm not sure which side that's on.
