How do you get rid of an eye star?

i have a star on my eye lid and it hurts im starting to feel the rest of my face ache does anyone know anything i can do to make the pain stop?

Do you mean sty? Apply heat in the form of wet washcloth or towel with as hot of water as you can stand. Don't rub... just hold in place. When cloth cools, re-wet with hot water. Use aspirin, Tylenol, or ibuprofen for pain. If it doesn't begin to clear in about a week, you'll need to see your doctor. Good health to you!!!

I think you mean a "stye."

I did go to the doctor as someone else wrote. It looks bad, but I am sorry I can't answer your pain question. they have topical medicine but with mine, first they lanced it open.
Since I couldn't sit still, they had to actually but me in a drowsy state first. Maybe you're more brave.
About the pain, I'd look it up online, or like someone suggested on an earlier question, call a pharmacist.
They said pharmacists "always know what to do." I worked as an asst mgr at Walgreens, and I believe that they see the same questions all the time, a common answer to others seems to be "all the creams are bascially the same." They dispense low level repeititive knowledge, but know alot more, but not every thing. I worked with a pharmacist who made a distinction between pharmacists and guys like him he called "pill pushers."
I got different answers from different pharmacists when I ask them stuff. You might call several places.
