Open up Word, go to Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels. Select the Label tab then Options. At the bottom, scroll down to 8160 and click ok The template should open up

Should be easy enough - Go here & download the appropriate software (Instructions should be on the back cover of your label package):
