The files name starts with NVEand has 5 numbers and ends in .png.

there are two of them side by side ...NVE00001 and NVE00002 Its a the first one is nothing the second one Is a picture of a woman and it looks like shes at a bar .THe pic isn't very good it looks like it was taken by a cellphone...my properties said it was modified... I think but the date is June 13th and the first one on the 28th???

you could also be infected with some type of spyware.

No! Although I searched for the file name on Google ... (.png) and its means 'Portable Network Graphics'. It could just be an image thats downloaded onto your Temp. Internet files or somewhere on your PC when having visited various websites?

PNG (Portable Network Graphics) is a losslessly compressed bitmap image format.

you cant really find out where it came from but you can see when it was last modified and created.. just loot at its properties.

Well, if the woman is not somebody you recognize, and nobody else uses your computer, then just delete it.
Since it's in My Pictures, it's not a temp file from a cookie. those have their own directory.

It sounds to me like it's been scanned, or from a digital camera?

i think it may be a virus . you should seat up a new Windows .
