You get help. No whether that means medication, counseling, or some measure of both, just seek some out. Prayer on top of that and you've got it made. Living doesn't have to hurt. Seek God too. God Bless.

I remember a few fourths of July that gave me plenty of pain. I don't know how I got the strength to keep going. There was a spiritual motivation to keep tying to see my kids.Yes, living after I had made bad expectations for love and sex and family did hurt. Hope was not enough. What happened was I learned more about life, people and my ex. I had not lost what I never really had. Marriage is a mirage. I was intelligent how could not have been so wrong. Well it turned out I couldn't see the secrets around me. Friends and family never included me in their social intercourse. I try to help others today so none will get so depressed as to see death as a good choice. It is not easy to explain new things to those who can only see what they believe Good luck you are doing the right thing asking for help.

At some point or another, living hurts all of us. This life can be painful and confusing. The good news is that we all have good times too, and those will come again for you. Hang in there, focus on the good things in your life, and try to see this as a temporary thing. Talking with others (professional or not) is also a big help. Hang in there - this won't last forever. Good times will come again.

When living hurts it's usually because you're being pulled in too many directions by outside forces. Give yourself a hug- you need it, you matter too you know...

Don't let others push you into a mold of what THEY think you should be. You've got some great ideas yourself.

How do I know this? Because I was pushed around CONSTANTLY by friends, family and practically everyone who thought they knew better until I did one thing- I got out on my own.

I went to college and learned that people really don't know as much as they think they do (that includes myself) and that it's not a crime to make my own choices (or even be wrong). It wasn't until I got out of school that I realized how much better life was when it was just MY life and no one else had a say in it.

Living only hurts when others around you keep trying to live it for you! Don't let them. You're too important to yourself and special people soon to be in your life that haven't even met you yet. I hated life until I got out of high school and then it only got better when I got into my twenties. Very cool things to learn about out there!

Well, if it is emotional pain, I would seek counseling or support from loved ones if you have them. If it is physical pain see a doctor about a medication adjustment ,no on should have to live with uncontrolled pain. If you are depressed there is help, medication and counseling as I said earlier. People do recover and are grateful that they got through it and are still alive. Don't give up and Good LUCK!!!!!!

Nothing.. What can you do...
Just live with it.. As it is destiny...
Try to associate with people you like.. friends or family...
Do things that make you happy and forget what people have to say about it or think about it..
People have a lot of time to enjoy at people's misery but when it comes to helping and showing care and affectionate they are busy..
So dear, just forget all the pains in Ur life and try to do things that make you happy and bring joy to Ur heart..
Best of luck

When living hurts, you seek professional help and counseling. If you need meds prescribed get them and talke them. Get plenty of sleep, and don't don't drink or do drugs. They will only make the pain worse.

I know what you mean I think... I either sleep (which isn't a good way to deal with it) or I go and talk to my doctor which helps a lot.
